Gold medal will be awarded if the judges decide that a paper is worthy of the prize. Judges' decision would be final. 
All presenting PGs to register for conference. 
All PGs to produce a certificate by their HODs that they are PGs. 
All PGs to produce a declaration that it is their own work, countersigned by a faculty member. 
All PGs to submit a declaration, countersigned by faculty, that it has not been published or accepted for publication as on 31st August 2016.
